Asian Sesame Ginger Spring Halibut Salad
Ingredients:
2 - 6-8 ounce halibut fillets, stir fry cut
2 teaspoons peanut oil
4 teaspoons FIVE STAR ASIAN SESAME GINGER SEASONING
Directions:
Put a 10-inch skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and halibut to the pan.
Sprinkle the ASIAN SESAME GINGER SEASONING over the halibut and
stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until the halibut is done. Serve halibut over your
choice of mixed greens or sprouts.
Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons (to taste) FIVE STAR ASIAN SESAME GINGER SEASONING
Directions:
Mix all ingredients above. Shake well. Pour over salad.
