Coney Island Meat Sauce
Ingredients:
3 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup CHEF SID'S BEEF CHILIMAK'RŪ (about 5oz.)
1quart water
1 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 cup tomato paste
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Pour off fat. Add CHEF SID'S BEEF
CHILIMAK'RŪ, water, and chili powder. Stir well to dissolve the ChiliMak'r.
Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and simmer another 2
minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Keep hot and serve or chill for
future use.
This recipe produces approximately 64-1 ounce portions.
