Ancho Braised Baby Carrots

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons FIVE STAR ANCHO PEPPER FLAVORMAK’R
2 Tablespoons soft unsalted butter
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Combine 2 tablespoons FIVE STAR ANCHO PEPPER FLAVORMAK’R with
2 tablespoons of soft unsalted butter, ½ teaspoon kosher salt and ½ teaspoon sugar
and mix well. Add the seasoned butter to ½ cup water and bring to a boil, add the
carrots and simmer for 5-6 minutes until tender but still firm.

Also works great on any vegetable of your choice.
