Asian Tuna Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons FIVE STAR ASIAN SESAME GINGER SEASONING
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 - 6 ounce cans albacore tuna in water, drained very well
1 - 6 ounce can water chestnuts, well drained and chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 Kaiser rolls
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup chow mien noodles
Directions:
Stir together the mayonnaise, ASIAN SESAME GINGER SEASONING, soy sauce
and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the tuna, water chestnuts and celery. Stir well
to
combine. Put 1/4 of the tuna mixture on each of the rolls. Top each with 1/4 of
the
lettuce and chow mein noodles.
This recipe produces 4 portions.
