Baked Jamaican Jerk Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons FIVE STAR JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato chunks with
the oil and JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING and mix well. Put into a 9 x 13 pan
and bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are browned and cooked through.
