Baked Wine Country Cod
Ingredients:
2 pounds cod fillets, thawed and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons FIVE STAR WINE COUNTRY ROAST SEASONING, divided
3 cups prepared FIVE STAR CHARDONNAY CREAM SAUCE
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Toss the cod fillets with the oil and 2 tablespoons of
the
WINE COUNTRY ROAST SEASONING. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 15
minutes or until the fish just flakes with a fork. Heat the prepared
CHARDONNAY CREAM SAUCE in a pan and add the 1/2 tablespoon
WINE COUNTRY ROAST SEASONING. Bring just to a simmer and keep
warm. When the fish is done, divide equally onto four plates, top with the sauce
and serve.
This recipe produces 4 portions.
