The Best Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 cups prepared FIVE STAR CREAM SAUCE PREP
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon FIVE STAR ITALIAN SEASONING
1 teaspoon FIVE STAR TAHOE ROAST SEASONING
6 large russet potatoes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Scrub and prick the potatoes then put them on a baking
sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven. Increase oven temperature
to 450F. When cool enough to handle, cut off the top 1/4 (length-wise) of each.
Scoop out the insides leaving a 1/4 inch thick wall. Combine potato pulp and the
remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon or pipe the potato mixture back into the
skins. Put back in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through
and golden on top.
This recipe makes 6 servings.
