Buffalo Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 head iceberg lettuce, cored and chopped
4 ribs celery, cleaned and sliced.
FIVE STAR CAJUN BATTERMAK'R
Directions:
Cut chicken into long 1/2 wide strips and prepare as for batter fried fish.
Divide
the lettuce and celery between 8 plates. Top each salad with equal amounts of
fried chicken and pass around your favorite brand of blue cheese dressing.
