Caramelized Onion & Brie Cheese Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups prepared FIVE STAR CREAM SAUCE PREP
2 1/2 tablespoons FIVE STAR CARAMELIZED ONION FLAVORMAK'R
1/4 teaspoon FIVE STAR PREMIUM SEASONING SALT
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 pound brie cheese, rind removed, large diced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Directions:
Whisk together the heavy cream and prepared CREAM SAUCE PREP in a
saucepan. Cook over medium heat until just simmering, while whisking often.
Remove from heat. Slowly whisk in the vinegar then whisk in the
CARAMELIZED ONION FLAVORMAK'R. Put this hot mixture into a blender.
Add the PREMIUM SEASONING SALT and sugar. Blend on medium high
speed for 15 seconds then add the cheese one piece at a time until all is in and
the dressing is smooth. Keep warm for immediate use or chill and reheat when
needed.
This recipe produces approximately 10 - 2 ounce portions.
