Chicken Breasts Parmigiano

Ingredients:
6 - 5 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon FIVE STAR PREMIUM SEASONING SALT
4 teaspoons olive oil
6 thin slices mozzarella cheese (each about 4 inches square)
3 cups prepared FIVE STAR MARINARA SAUCE
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Lay out all the chicken breasts in a single layer and season
lightly with the PREMIUM SEASONING SALT. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a
large sauté pan until almost smoking. Put 3 breasts into the pan and brown for two
minutes per side. Remove and put into a 9 x 13 pan. Repeat with the remaining
chicken and oil. Place one mozzarella slice folded in half on each breast
lengthwise. Top all equally with prepared MARINARA SAUCE and sprinkle
with parmesan cheese. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve over Five Star
Parmesan Peppercorn Fettuccine (see recipe).
