• Beef ~ Our rich Beef Stock fully seasoned with a variety of peppers and spices.  This product provides you with a complete, distinctive chili flavor that all you have to do is add meat, beans, tomatoes and water.
• Chicken ~ Our signature Chicken Stock provides the foundation to carry the piquant and deep chili flavor profile.  This rich red base becomes a lively chicken and black bean chili, a popular alternative to beef chili's.
• Vegetable ~ The delicate flavors of fresh vegetables give this true vegan chili base it's structure.  We then add all the necessary chili spices for a wonderful vegetarian chili alternative.
• White ~ We start with our signature Chicken Stock adding peppers and chilies for a completely seasoned base with none of the red chilies.  Works well with chicken, pork and turkey for the ultimate in versatility.

We designed this line of products to meet the demands of discerning customers looking for a simple to use and complete chili seasoning.  Using our premium concentrated stocks as a foundation we add a unique blend of spices, peppers and herbs with no MSG or artificial flavors that provide a full flavored chili that will satisfy any taste preference.  You can even customize the level of spiciness by varying the amount of ChiliMak'r® you use - more makes it spicier, less for milder.  

All our ChiliMak'r® products yield approximately 34-12 ounce servings per pound container when used with our recipes (except the Vegetable which yields about 30% more).
