Chipotle Pepper Sour Cream

Ingredients:
1/4 cup FIVE STAR SMOKED CHIPOTLE PEPPER FLAVORMAK'R
4 cups Sour Cream

Directions:
Whisk together the SMOKED CHIPOTLE PEPPER FLAVORMAK'R and the
sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
This recipe produces approximately 16-2 ounce portions.

The ultimate baked potato topping, spread on a Southwest style grilled chicken
sandwich, use as a sauce for tacos, burritos, enchiladas and chimichangas,
great as a dip for waffle cut French Fries, put a dollop on chili for a tasty garnish,
terrific on taco salads instead of plain sour cream, makes a great topping for
California burgers, and put in a squirt bottle and drizzle over a plate of nachos.
