Better than Basic Beef Chili

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 - 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
3 - 16 ounce cans dark red kidney beans (drained)
1 - 4 ounce can mild diced green chilies (drained)
3 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup CHEF SID'S BEEF CHILIMAK'RŪ

Directions:
Brown the beef in a large soup pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to
dissolve the BEEF CHILIMAK'R. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour. Serve hot with a
variety of your favorite toppings such as sour cream, shredded marble jack cheese,
diced green onions etc.

This recipe produces approximately 6 - 12 ounce portions.
