Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

1 - 46 ounce can tomato juice
1/4 cup CHEF SID'S BEEF CHILIMAK'R®
1/4 cup FIVE STAR CHIPOTLE PEPPER FLAVORMAK'R®
1 tablespoon FIVE STAR MESQUITE SEASONING
1 1/2 teaspoons FIVE STAR OLD TEXAS BBQ SEASONING
3/4 cup tomato paste
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients in a large non-reactive sauce pan. Bring to a boil
while stirring constantly. Let simmer for 15 minutes while stirring often. Use
immediately or chill for future use.

This recipe produces approximately 30 - 2 ounce portions.
