Quick Ranchero Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup CHEF SID'S BEEF CHILIMAK'RŪ
1 - 46 ounce can tomato juice
Directions:
Whisk together the BEEF CHILIMAK'R and tomato juice in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes while stirring often. Keep hot and
use
immediately or chill for future use.
This recipe produces approximately 22 - 2 ounce portions.
