Taco Burgers
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons CHEF SID'S BEEF CHILIMAK'R®
2 teaspoons FIVE STAR TACO/FAJITA SEASONING
½ cup water
4 Kaiser rolls
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded lettuce
4 large tomato slices
4 tablespoons Tahoe Sour Cream Dip (see recipe)
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain the fat. Stir in the BEEF
CHILIMAK'R, TACO/FAJITA SEASONING and water. Simmer uncovered for
15 minutes. Spoon ¼ of the taco filling and top with ¼ of the shredded cheese
and
lettuce, one tomato slice and a tablespoon of W. Repeat for the remaining
three taco burgers.
This recipe produces 4 portions.
