Fettuccini Alfredo with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:
3 cups prepared FIVE STAR PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE
3/4 pounds smoked salmon, skinned and de-boned
1 pound dry fettuccini noodles
FIVE STAR PARMESAN PEPPERCORN SEASONING, for garnish
Italian parsley sprigs for garnish

Directions:
Warm the prepared PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE to a simmer. Cut salmon into
strips and add to the warm sauce. Cook noodles as per package directions, drain
well then toss with the warm sauce. Divide equally among 6 plates and garnish
with a sprinkle of PARMESAN PEPPERCORN SEASONING around the edge
of the plates and sprigs of Italian parsley on top.

This recipe produces 6 entree size portions.
