Fish Sandwiches for a Crowd
Ingredients:
16 3-ounce small fish fillets (about 3 pounds)
16 sandwhich buns
Sliced tomatoes
Iceberg lettuce leaves
Tartar sauce
FIVE STAR LEMON PEPPER BATTERMAK'R
Directions:
Prepare the fish using either the batter fried or pan fried directions. Serve 1
warm
fillet on each bun with tomato, lettuce and tartar sauce.
