Fluffy Eggs for Omelets and Scrambling

Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk
4 teaspoons dry FIVE STAR CREAM SAUCE PREP 12 large eggs
1 teaspoon FIVE STAR PREMIUM SEASONING SALT

Directions:
Whisk together the milk and dry CREAM SAUCE PREP in a large mixing bowl.
Crack in the eggs, add the PREMIUM SEASONING SALT and whisk to blend
well. Use for making omelets or scrambled eggs. æ cup (6 ounces) equals 3 large
eggs.
