Greek Isle Cucumber Yogurt Sauce/Dip
Ingredients:
1 - 32 ounce tub plain yogurt
2 tablespoons FIVE STAR GREEK ISLE SEASONING
1/2 cup finely diced tomatoes
1 medium cucumber (peeled, seeded and diced)
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Chill for 30 minutes for flavors to
blend.
Mix well before serving. Makes a nice sauce for gyro sandwiches or as a dip for
vegetables.
This recipe produces approximately 24 - 2 ounce portions.
