Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons FIVE STAR HONEY MUSTARD SEASONING
2 – 16 ounce fresh pork tenderloins, cleaned of fat and sinew.
Directions:
Combine cider vinegar, oil and HONEY MUSTARD SEASONING in a stainless
steel or glass bowl. Put in the pork tenderloins and turn to coat well with
marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours. Heat a gas or charcoal grill
to medium high heat. Remove pork from marinade letting the excess drip back
into the bowl. Grill the pork for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from the
grill,
place on a platter and tent with foil. After the pork has rested for a few
minutes,
cut on the bias into medallions, return them to the platter and serve.
This recipe produces 8 portions.
