Lemon Cajun Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
36 chicken wings (about 7 pounds)
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 tablespoons FIVE STAR CAJUN SEASONING
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the lemon juice and
bring to a boil. Put chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Pour butter mixture
over them and toss to coat. Sprinkle the CAJUN SEASONING over the wings
and toss to coat evenly. Spread wings out on 2 baking sheets and bake for 45
minutes until the skin is crisp and golden.
This recipe produces 6 portions of 6 wings each.
