Parmesan Cream Sauce with Roasted Garlic
Ingredients:
2 quarts whole milk
1 pound container FIVE STAR PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE
1/4 cup FIVE STAR ROASTED GARLIC FLAVORMAK'R
Directions:
Heat milk in a large saucepan until hot to the touch. Remove from heat and whisk
in the PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE. Return to the heat and bring to a boil while
stirring constantly. Turn heat down to a simmer, whisk in the ROASTED
GARLIC FLAVORMAK'R and let cook for 1 minute. Cover and keep warm
for immediate use or chill and reheat as needed.
This recipe produces approximately 2 quarts or 16 - 2 ounce portions.
