Pasta with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:
1 small eggplant
1 large zucchini
1 small yellow onion, peeled
2 large portobello mushroom caps
1/4 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons FIVE STAR PREMIUM SEASONING SALT
2 cups water
1/4 cup FIVE STAR ROASTED RED BELL PEPPER FLAVORMAK'R
2 tablespoons FIVE STAR ROASTED GARLIC FLAVORMAK'R
1 pound dry penne noodles
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Curley or Italian parsley for garnish

Directions:
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium hot. Cut the vegetables into thick slices,
lay out on a baking sheet, brush with oil and sprinkle with PREMIUM
SEASONING SALT. Grill for 2 minutes per side or until well marked. Remove
from grill and cut into large dice. Put vegetables into a large non-stick sauté pan
and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Add water and stir in both
FLAVORMAK'RS. Simmer for 10 minutes. While sauce is simmering, cook
noodles as per package directions then drain well. Toss hot pasta with the sauce
and half of the cheese. Divide among plates, top with remaining cheese and serve
garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
