Roast Chicken Provencal
Ingredients:
6 - 6 ounce chicken breasts, boneless, skin-on
2 tablespoons butter, room temp
1 tablespoon FIVE STAR HERBES de PROVENCE SEASONING
1 - 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon FIVE STAR GARLIC CRACKED PEPPER SEASONING
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix together the butter and HERBES de PROVENCE
SEASONING and let sit at room temperature until needed. Spread out the diced
tomatoes in an even layer in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread 1 rounded teaspoon of the
butter
mixture under the skin of each chicken breast then place them in a layer on top
of
the tomatoes. Season all over with the GARLIC CRACKED PEPPER
SEASONING. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour until cooked through
and skin is golden.
This recipe produces 6 portions.
