Rotisserie Style Roasted Pork Loin
Ingredients:
2 pounds sweet onions (about 3 large) peeled and cut into wedges
1 cup dry white wine
1-3 pound center cut, bone-in pork loin
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons FIVE STAR ROTISSERIE ROAST SEASONING (divided)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line the bottom of a roasting pan with the onion. Pour
in the wine then sprinkle them all over with 1 tablespoon ROTISSERIE ROAST
SEASONING. Rub the pork loin all over with the olive oil then sprinkle with the
remaining ROTISSERIE ROAST SEASONING. Put into the oven and roast for
1 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 150ºF at the thickest point.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
Serve with the onions and pan juices combined as a sauce.
This recipe produces 4 portions.
