Southwestern Style BBQ Pork
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean, raw pork (stir-fry cut)
2 teaspoons FIVE STAR CHICKEN AND PORK BBQ SEASONING
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 cups Southwestern Style BBQ Sauce, (see recipe)
Directions:
Season the meat evenly with CHICKEN AND PORK BBQ SEASONING.
Heat oil until almost smoking in a large skillet, add the meat then stir-fry
until just done. Add the Southwestern Style BBQ Sauce to the pan and
toss with the meat. Let simmer, covered, for 10 minutes and serve on
warm buns.
This recipe produces approximately 6 to 8 portions.
