Spinach Salad with Asian Sesame Dressing

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Five Star Asian Sesame Ginger Seasoning
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
1 cup peanut oil
4 cups shredded fresh spinach leaves
¼ cup crisp chow mien noodles

Directions:
Whisk together the Asian Sesame Seasoning, vinegar, soy sauce and honey in a
mixing bowl. Slowly add the oil, while whisking, in a thin steady stream until all is
incorporated. Let stand for 30 minutes for the flavors to blend and stir well before
serving. Put the spinach into a large mixing bowl with ½ cup of the dressing
(reserve the rest of the dressing for another use). Toss well, portion onto plates and
garnish with a sprinkle of the chow mein noodles.

This recipe produces 4 entree size portions.
