Sundried Tomato and Gorgonzola Dressing

Ingredients:
1/4 cup FIVE STAR SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese

Directions:
Soak the SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO in the warm water for 30 minutes.
Stir together with the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
for the flavors to blend.

This recipe produces approximately 8 - 2 ounce portions.
