Tri-Color Cheese Tortellini Salad

Ingredients:

6 pounds tri-color cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
1 pound cauliflower florets, blanched and cooled
1/4 pound shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup water
6 tablespoons FIVE STAR ROASTED RED BELL PEPPER FLAVORMAK'R
2 tablespoons FIVE STAR TWELVE PEPPER ROASTED GARLIC SEASONING
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups olive oil

Directions:
Put the first four ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the water, ROASTED RED BELL
PEPPER FLAVORMAK'R, TWELVE PEPPER ROASTED GARLIC
SEASONING, vinegar and oil. Pour dressing over the tortellini mixture and
toss well to coat. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

This recipe produces 8 entree size portions.
