Turkey and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound pure ground turkey
1 – 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
4 – 15 ounce cans black beans (drained)
1 – 4 ounce can mild diced green chilies (drained)
4 cups water
¼ cup FIVE STAR CHICKEN CHILIMAK’R

Directions:
Heat the oil in a large soup pot and add the turkey. Cook over medium
high heat while breaking it up into pieces until the turkey is cooked
through. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to dissolve the
CHICKEN CHILIMAK’R. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve
hot with a variety of your favorite toppings such as sour cream, shredded
marble jack cheese, diced green onions etc.

This recipe produces approximately 6 – 12 ounce portions.
