Twelve Pepper Roasted Garlic Peanuts
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds raw, skinless peanuts
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoons FIVE STAR TWELVE PEPPER ROASTED GARLIC SEASONING
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Toss all ingredients together in a mixing bowl then spread
out on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden
brown,
stirring every 5 minutes for even browning. Put roasted peanuts on a paper towel
lined pan to cool. After nuts are cooled, store in an airtight container.
This recipe produces approximately 16 - 1/4cup (1.5 ounce) portions.
