Warm Red Potato Salad with Turkey
Ingredients:
5 pounds skin-on red potatoes, medium diced
3 tablespoons FIVE STAR CANADIAN GRILLE SEASONING, divided 3/4 cup olive oil,
divided
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup FIVE STAR WILD MUSHROOM FLAVORMAK'R
2 1/2 pounds cooked turkey, diced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss the diced potatoes with 1 tablespoon
CANADIAN GRILLE SEASONING and 1/4 cup oil. Spread out on a baking
sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Whisk together the
remaining olive oil, CANADIAN GRILLE SEASONING, cider vinegar and
WILD MUSHROOM FLAVORMAK'R. Toss together the turkey, hot potatoes
and dressing. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving, stirring every 5 minutes
and serve warm.
This recipe produces approximately 8 portions.
