Wine Country Halibut with Chardonnay Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
2 – 6-8 ounce halibut fillets
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons FIVE STAR WINE COUNTRY ROAST SEASONING
1 puck FIVE STAR CONCENTRATED CHARDONNAY CREAM SAUCE
1 1/2 cups whole milk
Directions:
Put a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add oil and halibut to the pan. Sprinkle
the WINE COUNTRY ROAST SEASONING over the chicken and cook for
3 minutes per side or until the halibut is cooked through. In a small saucepan,
bring the milk just to a simmer and whisk in the CONCENTRATED
CHARDONNAY CREAM SAUCE until smooth. Bring to a boil then simmer
1 minute. Serve the sauce over the halibut and accompany with roasted potatoes
if desired
