Wine Country Roast Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb. of Redskin Potatoes (cut in quarters)
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. FIVE STAR WINE COUNTRY ROAST SEASONING BLEND

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Place on sheet
pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or to desired crispness.
Stir occasionally to achieve consistent baking.
